RANT: I have no phone service, but I have DSL. WTF?
I hate Verizon today. They can't fix my phone til tomorrow. My job requires constant phone contact. Fucking idiots. I just KNOW they "borrowed" my line to hook up someone else's in the neighborhood. Why else would they not know why my line is dead.
