Dear "boss"
If you want me to make a change on the project I've been working on for days (and considering from different angles and deciding what I thought looked best from my years of experience and training), tell me to make a change. Don't look at it for 3 seconds and then fucking ask me if I "agree" that it will look better if I do it your way. If I thought it would look better that way, I would've done it that way. It is of course your call as my superior to make whatever changes you see fit, but don't fucking insult my intelligence by asking me to agree with your stupid ideas. It's condescending and passive-aggressive.

2. Thanks. She is a total micromanager. She can never leave ANYTHING alone

and consequently all our projects take 10x longer than they need to take. If they could train a monkey to use the keyboard and stylus, they could now do my job because I have absolutely no creative control over my work.
