Woman, Afraid Of Losing Boyfriend, Signs Contract Letting Him Sleep With Her 15 Y.O. Daughter

MUSKEGON, Mich. -- A man accused of entering into a written agreement with his girlfriend and her 15-year-old daughter to have sex with the girl has pleaded no contest to felony sex charges.

Michael Fitzgibbon, 37, of Muskegon Heights, also pleaded no contest Tuesday to sex charges involving a 12-year-old girl.

Fitzgibbon faces up to nearly 17 years in prison when sentenced on March 23.

A no-contest plea isn't an admission of guilt but is treated as such at sentencing.

Police said Fitzgibbon's girlfriend was afraid of losing him while recuperating from surgery.

So she agreed in writing to allow her daughter to be his sex partner during that time.

The woman goes to trial Feb. 21 on three sex charges.
