2. I've got a couple of friends who used to date.

They won't speak to each other now, but they still work at the same business (different shifts).

I like them both and am on great terms with each, but if I'm talking to one and the other shows up, that approaching person will ignore me as much as the friend I'm talking to. I don't even have the option of being a go-between; they just hate each other and are too hard-headed to change.

So I make sure not to acknowledge the other when I'm talking to one of them. I think we're in some kind of holding pattern for now.

I don't think either of them faults me for liking the other. Sucks to be in the middle, though.
