Any jazzers here who live in the San Francisco area?

...and enjoy the "west coast" sound that came out the 1950s?

I believe this sound originated in San Francisco (and Los Angeles, too). I wonder if there are still jazzers who perform in this style.

1. In many smoky bars in So Cal you find W Coast Jazz

Try the Money Tree or Smoke House in Toluca Lake near Warner Bros.
But that's not SF. I've heard good jazz in Napa, and Davis but in the city, who knows? I'd look in Oakland.
