Yep, the endo is back. Surgery likely soon...not sure when. Just before Lent. Great.

4. Thanks. I'm kinda pissed because I asked this doc to keep me on the shots
I was getting in Iowa, to keep the endo at bay. She said I was clearly menopausal or past, so shots weren't necessary. So, I get these cramps, go into for the tests, and the ultrasound shows endometrioma--which take some time to form. In other words, the endo started developing as soon as I quit the shots. So, surgery is probably the only way to solve this. Another appt next week to confirm that that's the "course of treatment". Oh, and she did give me a shot today. Too little too late.

I'm just glad I've been driving to Iowa to stay with my neurologist. Didn't let any of the docs here mess with my tremor. God knows what they might have done.

I had surgery for this 10 years ago. Worst pain I've ever experienced. Not looking forward to it.

9. I agree that the ANS post was mean
but please let's not get mean about her pain in response. The whole point of a lot of posts recently is to respect people who have put up with a lot of shit. Chronic health problems qualify, and everyone deserves some empathy.

12. I grudgingly agree
If you can't muster the sympathy, better to remain silent than to mock.
