There having a "new direction", approach and my job may be phased out.
My boss took the advice of the asshole/Mr. Sweatshop production mgr who want to hire "all asians" in my dept. He spouts off about how asians work faster and harder, yadda, yadda,yadda...
I love my job and losing it now would be devastating.
I just feel really bad and scared. Its hard to find a comparable job at 50 where I live.

15. I would consult an attorney post-haste

and get advice on how to proceed with legal action. And, if they are on HB-1 visas, I think it is required that the employer show a qualified U.S. citizen can't fill the spot. I don't think his plan is legal.

Just think, you could be a landmark test case.
