I went to the same concert at the LA Forum in June of '69.
Mick had the same greeting " welcome to the breakfast show"
when they came on at 4:30 AM.
We had tickets to the 10:30 show but didn't get in before 1 AM.
BB King did a 90 minutes set, The Ike And Tina Turner Revue did
a 90 minute set, and the Stones came on at 4:30!

If I hadn't read the notes (NYC), I would say it was the same concert
I went to.

It was fantastic!

My favorite memory from Don Kirschner was watching Rory Gallagher.You could tell that he really loved his music and I became an instant fan. Here's a video of Rory from Rock Concert from about 1973. It's not the one I remember but it still shows a Master at work! I also recommend his Irish Tour'74 if you like this.
