I'm watching the entire Farscape series.
When it first aired I never watched it, mostly because I had better things to do at the time. Since then I've watched bits of it but have never seen the entire four season run. That's going to change.

I'm mid-way through season two, and I'm here to tell you this is one hell of a superior series. John Crichton reminds me of the best side of Captain Kirk- all direct action, using his mind and feelings to save the day. Which he does time after time, to little or no acknowledgment from his buds. They're all self-involved and extremely dismissive of ideas they didn't think of themselves. But they're growing too, and it's fascinating to watch the evolution of ideas and emotions among them all.

And besides, Aeryn Sun is H. O. T. hot.

Don't give me any spoilers- I have yet to see the ending, and I've never watched the Peacekeeper movie. But I know it'll be good.

I miss it so much. :(

Glad you're liking it, and I won't give any spoilers. As much as I would like to.

2. WHO IS THAT WOMAN, who may be the most attractive woman I've ever seen, (except for
Mrs R and and most DU women, of course).

7. Thank you too much. You know, she looks a bit like Mary Black, the Irish singer.
Maybe a niece or something.

9. I LOVE Mary Black
She has the most incredible voice. My favorite CD by her is Babe In The Wood, and my favorite song is Urge For Going (I also have an excellent cover of that song as done by David Crosby).

And she IS beautiful.

11. What a voice. Too many of her songs are favorites for me to pick one.
I played Autoharp for her while she sang once at a casual gathering at a folk festival, the better part of 30 years ago, don't remember which song, but it took all the energy I had to resist proposing marriage to her right there.

5. I need to go back and watch it.
We used to get together on Friday nights to watch Farscape and LEXX, but we were always so stoned that I really don't remember much about it.

6. As someone who plays for the other team
Claudia Black is definitely attractive, but it's Ben Browder who is hot, Hot, HOT, especially in leather!

10. Fantastic show
I got hooked on it almost by accident...just one bored day channel surfing and I decided to try and watch it for a bit...and I was hooked.

And Crichton's development over the course of the show is definitely one of the best examples of character development ever on TV.

Of course being an intelligent entertaining show it got canceled a bit prematurely.

13. Oooh, Claudia Black.
She does funny things to my tummy. She's on Stargate SG-1 now and even more gorgeous, smart and feisty. The only problem is that, whenever she's on screen, I can't pay attention to anything else, so I lose track of what's going on.

Maybe they could do a Claudia Black show where she just stands there, being smart and feisty. I'd sooooo watch that.
