I'm glad I wasn't as deep in debt with the CC that my parents are currently in. If I had my mothers credit card debt, I'd have a heart attack, 4 times over.

14. Wow, I wasn't that far down

I was 4k in debt...my mother is so far behind, just on one card alone, she is 22k in debt. My father had a stroke a few years back, and he can't order anything online/by phone really well...and instead of ordering say, one computer monitor, he orders 10...his main mistake is ordering to many coins...he can't keep track of what he ordered...but he has coughed up his card though.
