Police Find ATM In Back Of Car
<snip>

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Two Duval County men are charged with burglary after police found an ATM machine inside their vehicle.

Authorities from several Jacksonville area agencies had been watching John Kiedroski and Damien Shain after a number of recent burglaries.

Jacksonville Beach police saw the men and a car at a store before the business' alarm was activated early Saturday.

Investigators said they found the machine in the car when they tracked down the pair at an Atlantic Beach house that day.

Kiedroski and Shain are charged with felony burglary of a structure.

2. Well it ain't gonna drive itself
"Felony burglary of a structure?"

Is that necessary? I think felony burglary stands up on its own. Finally, if I had to define a "structure", my first criteria just very well may be that said item shouldn't fit in the back seat of a car.

4. I believe "structure" refers to what they burgled, not what they stole.

IOW, the building, not the ATM.

I guess "structure" is opposed to "property," as in someone's yard or lot. Not sure, though.

3. "ATM machine"
Yeah, I know, a minor point but its so redundant. "Automatic Teller Machine machine?"
