LABORATORY Case Production Specialist I Sorenson Genomics, a leader in DNA testing services, is currently seeking a Case Production Specialist I. General duties will be to prepare and coordinate the release of laboratory reports/results and assist laboratory personnel in various laboratory, data analysis and quality control activities as needed. In addition, will confirm payment has been made from customer and respond to customer questions and inquiries. REQUIRED High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in the field or related area Experience with Microsoft Office and Order Entry software PREFERRED 3+ years work experience as customer service rep in a commercial laboratory 1 or more years college including Chemistry and Biology classes 2 or more years experience working in a chemical or biologic laboratory. It looks like a basic entry level lab position, and with a BA in biology (and several molecular bio labs in credit) and English, I should be able to pwn this job because it clearly requires good composition and organizations--hooray for combining science and english! :woohoo:
