1. No 0?,...
I refuse to put people on ignore. Far as I'm concerned, ignore doesn't exist.

21. Amen,
you're not entitled to dish it out if you can't take it. Besides, who knows when even the stupidest, most ignorant and uneducated, emotional person will actually say something intelligent and insightful? It has been known to happen.

And how are you going to grow if all you hear (or read) is what you already agree with?

Let's hear it for '0'.

Edited on Wed Jan-07-04 10:20 AM by Cheswick
or I should say a bigot on one topic. I wouldn't mind so much, but that is all he ever posts on. I put my 2nd person on today. I will probably remove her later out of guilt.

5. I did forget the 0-sorry. I really tried to keep people off ignore
but, I have had to use it because it seemed that people were being rude on purpose.

Occasionally I clear the list but the same 10 people end up back on it.

It has been more than two years - if I was going to use it - I would have by now. Just not my style - and I have the restraint that if someone's posting is irksome to me for a little while - I just don't click it/read it.

12. "Ignore" is a blessing.
I didn't use it for a long time, but recently, discussion with some people has become impossible. I dislike the nastiness, the meanness, the irrationality. "Ignore" keeps my blood pressure down.

And the thread ignore! Thank you, thank you.

18. Thread Ignore is fantastic...
there are certain things that I don't see as interesting, and it helps get some of the stuff off the forum as I peruse the aisles.

Personal ignore...I'd never use it, simply because I want to know what I'm dealing with, and it is kind of a slap in the face type of thing. People aggravate me too, and I'm sure I aggravate others, but without communication, we'd all be on ignore somewhere down the line!

Me, I'd rather work thatings out, instead of getting worked over.

I thought about that, but I think I'm on bush's 'ignore' list, along with all but a handful of exceptionally rich people that I will never, nor do I have the desire, to meet.

Edited on Wed Jan-07-04 02:35 PM by Hubert Flottz
And I only know of one other thug on the planet who is almost as truthless and shiftless as our fearful leader shrub and that's:

If they ever have a liar's olympics, nobody on Earth could beat Booooosh! Lying is the only thing Shrub has ever really been good at besides stealing, plundering, pillaging and cheating!

So, effectively no one.

28. No. Since there would be only one individual
who would show up in threads as "ignore," the absence of that phrase anywhere on these boards pretty much indicates that the person hasn't been around.
