1. Tell me your workout schedule, man!
I just lost 80 pounds in nine months via vigorous execise and diet....but now I've got all this skin on my midsection I can't get rid of, no matter how many crunches and sit-ups I do. How do you get abs like that?

If its all skin it may go away naturally, if you don't gain the weight back...

As it is I still can't get the "shrink wrapped look" in my midsection. I was at 200 lbs in grad school and even at my leanest, theres still some skin there.

You can see the separation already. If you REALLY wanted to experience the truly shredded look, you just need to dump the subcu water. Dandelion Root extract is a relatively "safe" diuretic, but don't overdo it. Probably take you a week or so, but it'd get you there.

How did you get those? My arms can only get so big before they plateau, no matter how much I push myself or eat.

I can build strength but not size....

10. 3 things:
1. Genetics;
2. 2x per week bi/tri/forearm work in the gym, using every shock method and clean technique out there (forced reps, negatives, etc) until it's about puke time;
3. Eating clean and a quality creatine (which, by not eating meat, my body responds to much better, IMO)

11. Can't change #1 :(
I'll try out #2 again...

And #3, I used to do Creatine but I got A LOT of injuries on that stuff. For some reason, it's really easy for me to overtrain with Creatine.

12. What I really sould do
is a limited run preview shot that I share with folks (like yourself) that have been asking for it. Get a critique, then release to the masses. THEN, and only then, can the mockery of me begin.

I'm not exactly a fitness freak, but I do stay in shape. :D I'm strong and fit and healthy, and I can't ask for more. I'm not willing to spend hours a day in the gym, but I do spend an hour or so every time I go (which is three times a week). :) I also fitness walk a lot, and I have killer endurance. :D And I don't mind getting sweaty. :P
