is secret because they don't want Freepers signing up and making nice only long enough to recommend and start posts then causing havoc. If they knew the number was, say 20, they could knock that out in an hour.

Ergo, nobody is going to tell you. It's not personal, it's just good policy. It's not a huge number but substantial enough that trolls can't reach it easily before giving up, going away or showing true colors.
