It would appear that the media is helping create more of a circus- and the circus seems very anti Howard K. Stern.

1. Do you realize that in order for Larry Birkhead to be the father, Dannielyn Hope would have to have been born prematurely?

"In the Bahamas yesterday, Smith's lawyer added fuel to the fire in the circus like dispute over Dannielynn's paternity. Attorney Wayne Munroe ridiculed ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead's claim that he might have conceived the girl during a New Year's Eve 2005 tryst with Smith.

The girl was born last Sept. 7, meaning she would have been several weeks premature if Birkhead's story is true, Munroe said. He said he expected medical records will show Dannielynn was carried to full term, he added.

Birkhead's lawyer disputed the claim.

"We know full well there's every indication the child is a preemie," attorney Debra Opri said. "A DNA test will tell all."

I'll just say that I've got experience with preemie babies and they are almost never released within 3 days of birth. They are also taken directly after delivery & are taken to the NICU. Tests have to be run to determine if the babies lungs are functioning properly, as well as all motor skills etc. Watch the birthing video. There is no chaos there.

2. The media reported that yesterday (2/12/07) that the Bahama police went and interviewed Howard K. Stern RE: Daniels death.
Guess what? That did not happen.

3. Larry King, Tony Potts of Access Hollywood & the man that runs tmz.com are all floating story after story about what a parasite Howard was. Tony & the TMZ guy particularly are basically calling him a murderer.

4. Howard K. Stern was never payed by Anna Nicole Smith. NEVER EVER. He had a contract with Anna that stipulated that he would not be compensated monetarily until she received her money from the Marshall family.


5. More and more of Anna's friends are coming forward saying that Anna was the one that wore the pants in that relationship, not Howard. Yet that is very rarely reported on! All you are hearing is that he was dominating her. Last night on Larry King live her TrimSpa boss said that he knows for a fact that Howard was against the commitment ceremony they had a few months ago because he felt it was too soon after Daniels death. Anna told him that Howard was the only person left in her life and she needed that commitment from him, that he would be with her for the rest of her life.



I'm really bummed that this guy is being taken apart by the press. If he did something FINE. If Larry Birkhead is the father FINE.
But what they are doing to him personally is with no evidence what-so-ever is a crime. I was thinking Howard allowing ET into the home was in poor taste, but, now I see it. It's the ONLY way he can get ANY of his story out. Otherwise all you would hear is murderer murderer murderer. It almost seems as if the press wants him to be a killer. They are crucifying him, but giving her abusive mother a pass.
