After spending some time getting "ramped up" for the new year, I now find myself encased by writing projects. A few weeks ago I started an online fiction writing class that has been exceptional - a great instructor and a lot of writing and review opportunities, which I have needed for a very long time.

I also met with my professor today and have "reinvigorated" my non-fiction book project.

So now, instead of escaping the lounge to focus on writing, I'm now entering the lounge to take a break from writing. I consider that an accomplishment. Whew!

So... hello, lounge!

hosted by Chuck Woolery. Do you remember that? The sanitized days before internet dating. If you appear on broadcast television, you might get a date! You even might get... well, you catch my drift.

Everything here also appears as a soft blue. Why is that? Why not a soft peach or cream? Is that too girly? Then there's the silly little man at the top of the screen who looks like he's about to wet his pants. Those donators had better hurry. Looking at that face makes me WANT to see him get punched.
