How Far Will I Go For my Chocolate Craving?

It's 4:50 a.m. in the east. An ice storm with sleet is going on. I am in my warm fleece robe with a blankey on my lap.

And I want chocolate.

The only place there is some is in the car. Yes, the car, whose door is probably frozen shut.

Will I foolishly go out there, only to find I probably can't get in? Will I succumb to my cravings?

Or will I sensibly have an apple?

Why oh why did I foolishly leave chocoalte IN THE CAR during A STORM!!??

1. Nothing gets between me and a craving

I've actually eaten at the Waffle House before at 2am because I was craving breakfast food and they were the only place open. :puke:

2. If you're anything like my wife...

...you'll gnaw and slash through snow, ice, metal and glass to get at the chocolate. It would take far more than a frozen door to keep her away. The armor on an Abrams tank might do it, but even that isn't certain.

3. The Results of my Craving

I stayed in the house and had a sensible apple, crying, with the back of my hand to my forehead: "I want chocolate!"

Meanwhile, the next day, my spouse pulled out chocolate from his suitcase. There was some in the house the whole time!!!
