4. I'm in Dayton. We got school off today and yesterday. Not sure how much overall snow we have, cuz
it drifted alot. We have spots with 2 feet moguls and others with an inch. A shitload of Ice/sleet crap too. I'm not looking forward to going outside.

5. I live down near Dayton
in Miamisburg, Ohio with my folks right now. I just sold my house and I needed a place to stay for a little bit so they helped me out. I'm thinking of moving up north of Dayton to Troy to be closer to where I work.

Next time I'm visiting the family, I'll let you know. Bonus: I'm old enough to drink beers.

If you want snow, we've got it. They now have a blizzard warning for most of NH and are saying we may get a couple of feet out of this. Great for the starving ski and plow people. It's starting to blow and the snow is coming down sideways!

I thought corn snow was that crunchy snow you get in the late winter/early spring...a lot of moisture in it and fun to ski on. Are you getting that where you are? I'm near Keene and so far it's very light and powdery here. I'm hoping it stays that way!

17. My definition of corn snow is...
Small, dry flakes. We really need a snow dictionary.

they actually have a definition..."snow that has melted and refrozen, as in the spring, to form coarse granules." I think we're both right.

16. Yep - disappointed here in Bethlehem, PA as well
It's still sleeting and snowing, but I truly wish we had all snow. It's more of a winter inconvenience than a winter storm.

22. The big warning this morning
Was to BE CAREFUL - the PASSING LINES ARE COVERED ON THE ROADS. I must have heard that breathless warning at least half a dozen times on my drive into work... They have to scare you over everything, it seems.
