36. What'choo readin' for?
What?

Not "What am I reading?"

What am I reading for?

Well, I guess one reason I'm reading is so I don't wind up being a fuckin' waffle waitress.

Bill Hicks rules your mind.

2. tall shelves
those thin floor-almost-to-ceiling shelves are perfect.
If you ever have loads of free time (mmhm.. ) you ought to sign on librarything.com and catalog them :o

6. I will check it out
but I am not sure I will catalog my private books. I am cataloging enough at work already. Don't plan to do the same in my free time

Beside, most of my books are in German.

I still have a long way to go! :)

Thanks again -

10. Do you read books in English as well?
No, not German authors in English, but if the original is in English, do you rather read it in English or wait for the translation?

11. Yes I have a bunch of English books
with some authors I can't wait for the German translation. Like Terry Pratchett, Ian Rankin, Kathy Reichs ...
And every time I am in the U.S. I am buying books there as well. I love to read in English.

5. I love books --
I only have a couple hundred, but I expect that collection will grow quite a bit over the years. Someday maybe I can have a little library in my house... that'd be something.
