I guess it's an extension of my belief that life should have an incidental-music soundtrack running through it in real time.

Catherine Deneuve's first film, I think. The entire movie dialogue is sung. It is spectacular!

3. the thing about opera is so many flims have set violent scenes

to arias...the first time the juxtaposition was staggering and effective...the 1,367,945th time...meh not so much
