The way I got away from suicidal thoughts was by having to listen to families tell me their stories about the loved ones they lost from suicide - they told me that they felt empty forever. The stories of finding their loved ones ... I might have felt pain that gave me thoughts of suicide and then my family would have felt pain if I had went on with my plan my family would be sad forever and they don't deserve that.

If I were to tell the story you would not believe the irony,it was surreal ...
