Attempt To Break World Record For Snow Angel's Cancelled Because Of Too Much Snow
<snip>

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) Even the angels don't dare head out into
the snow.

An attempt to break the Guinness world record for most snow
angels in one place has been canceled in Syracuse, New York.

Organizers of Winterfest in Syracuse were going to try and break
the record tomorrow in a city park, with the help of local
students. But because of the severe cold and snow hitting the area,
tomorrow's event has been called off. There's a chance they may try
it again later this month.

North Dakotans, meanwhile, are still scheduled for an attempt
Saturday to try to top the record of 37-hundred-84 snow angels set
by students at Michigan Technological University in Houghton,
Michigan, about a year ago.

3. That's not really representative; it's from last winter.
All we have now is a bit of old crusty snow, wholly insufficient for producing snow angels.
