6. Meatloaf sandwich
But not your ordinary meatloaf sandwich. I have a great recipe from Paul Prudhomme's book A Fork In The Road. It takes forever to fix but it's worth it.

Ground turkey, about fifteen different spices, tons of onion, bell pepper, and celery, spiced bread crumbs, low fat evaporated milk, and egg beaters. It doesn't taste anything like something that's not bad for you.

Oh, and some chex mix and a turtle bar my wife gave me for VD.

7. I had Red Lentil (with Spinach and Lime) soup from the
John's Soup Cart. The ingredients are as follows: red lentils, onion, potato, celery, cilantro, spinach, garlic, cumin, lime, paprika, canola oil, seasonings.

With that I had small glass of carrot juice with ginger from this juice bar in the basement.

Thanks for asking. Your lunch sounds good and good for you.

36. I will stay with one sister and another one from Portland, Oregon
will fly in for a visit, sans kids. We'll eat, drink and be merry I suppose. My BIL's brother is also taking us all out for dinner next Thursday, which is nice for a bunch of reasons, #1 being he is GORGEOUS. Gorgeous and rich and unhappily married. Actually, the family believes the marriage is a sham and that he's gay which is quite possible, poor guy. Anyhow, it will be good to get out of here.
