I've had my internet privileges reinstated at work because they DISCRIMINATED against me!

Didn't follow their own policies. They are supposed to ban sites, not people unless people refuse to follow the policy.

Going to DU and checking personal e-mail not allowed.

But they reinstated me when challenged that they didn't follow their own policy!

I attended a MANDATORY corporate compliance class and they discussed the internet policy and it was different than how I was treated.

So I brought it up with my director and she agreed it was not following the policy.

So she took it up the ladder and they reversed it.
