Give it up for the fabulous Chipotle pepper!

Is anyone else addicted to these peppers like I am?

Tonight's dirt-simple recipe:
Blend up some Chipotles w/adobo sauce, salt, honey and oil. Drip on some corn chips to taste, add cheese, bake for 5 minutes at 350.

Best Nachos EVER!

I don't think I've ever come up with a bad Chipotle recipe. They make almost anything taste better, the only rule is to go easy the first try and adjust upwards.

They're jalapenos elevated to a sublime level.
