I'm too ethical for my own happiness sometimes.
So there's a big party at one of the bars near campus. Cheap shots, cheaper beer, a chance to have fun, maybe even get some makeout time.

And what am I doing? Sitting here getting ready for bed because I have to make up a quiz in the morning and I'm dead tired.

I know it's the right thing to do, but damn if it doesn't suck.

1. Go!
I can only speak from experience here but I regret the parties I missed more than the quizzes I blew off. If I had it to do over again I've have blown off more school and been less studious as studious gets you nowhere. The fun times I missed being a bookworm, you can't get back.

2. Speaking as a university professor: fuck the quiz, go to the party!
Just tell your instructor that a bunch of random strangers on the intenet gave you permission to blow off your studying...
