Drat. I saw my refrigerator door was open this morning....
Slightly ajar and the internal temp was 51 degrees. Will the food within have gone bad? I'd say the door was ajar for 10 hours.

1. Meat might be iffy, if you have any in there
Otherwise, you should be okay. I'd toss any meat to be on the safe side. Lunch meat should be fine though.

:( And the chopped up vegetable mix also containing chicken pieces... I don't eat 'lunch meat'. Now knowing it can survive warmer temperatures and remain 'edible' is a new scary fact too... :scared:
