As far as modestly priced Chinese buffets in Minnesota go, it was better than I expected. My wife endorses their cream puffs. I liked their deep fried chicken wings that had a hint of curry powder in the batter.

I've been to many oriental restaurants from Stillwater to Minneapolis. BC's takes the cake.

But the negative nelly is right re: it being crowded. It's crowded for a reason: The food's damn tasty.

My wife wanted to try a Scandinavian bakery and grill, but on the way there I saw the sign for the FuXing Buffet. I just knew that with a name like that I had to eat there.

Just as we pulled into the restaurant she chose, they were closing up. Five thirty on a Friday, but who am I to argue? I knew I was destined to eat some FuXing food tonight.
