Seriously. If she's in a delicate mental state, someone needs to be there to ensure the safety of the kids.

As an educator, I had to call Child Protective Services many times. If I saw this behavior in front of me, even outside of my classroom, I am still legally bound to call CPS. I hope someone is stepping in and taking care of the kids.

I know a tattoo artist here who has a good reputation and is a good judge of people. I have seen him ask people to wait if they want something out of the ordinary. He will do what they want, but tell a client to think about it first, for a couple of days.

I took my daughter to him for two tattoos. They were both birthday gifts. I remember him telling her to get her first tattoos in places that could be covered, because she never knew what kind of work she would be doing in the future. He did not want to see her deprived of a professional job.

Tattoos are no longer an outlaw symbol. But they are a shorthand that tells the world what we want it to know about us at the time we are inked.

Here's what I don't understand, where the hell is her mother and father? My daughter is only 6 and I know I have a lot to learn about parenting an adult but when you can see your own child breaking down for all the world to see, how can a parent not drop everything and run to that child? Should Britney's family be obligated to do everything in their power to get her help? If not for Britney then for Britney's kids? I just don't get it. They obviously joined in the fun when her life was good, where are they when her life is bad?

I'm starting to think she is a tough chic. Being from the deep south like she is and not growing up wealthy I bet she has resources to draw on that a lot of those other girls don't. She got rid of K-fed for doing drugs around her kids, and it seems like most wives in those circles seem to look the other way about that kind of stuff. I think she's going to be fine once she goes through this weird phase she's in. I know when I was in my early twenties everybody was getting their heads shaved. People thought I was weird because I didn't. I bet she'll be fine in the long run.
