I just had a nightmare...

And I had to get up to make sure we weren't really having ICBMs fly all over the city. It was terrifying, but it was weird. A woman I used t work with had decided to become a thug for the local mobsters. Instead of working for the mortgage company, I guess I was a cop, and had to pull my weapon on her and then she threatened my life. Then ThomCat, one of the guys here from New York was living up the street, and his supposed to be Dad (a terribly sweet man named David) called to invite me to dinner.
That's when we saw the ICBMs just kind of flying around town. There were two at first then five. They weren't blowing anything up or causing us to die. They were just flying merrily along. But now I'm freaked and I can't go back to sleep. I hate dreams. I just want to sleep.
