I've read this a few times and didn't even notice the author...no I don't want no gumbo. I worked in a nightmare of a cajun restaurant once with a woman who hated her daughter and flirted openly with her nephew and it scarred me for life, and that was before I spilled an entire gallon of clam chowder on the kitchen floor during lunch rush.
