Born and raised in Florida. Live just outside of Orlando. Went to UF, studied business. Met hubby there, got married. Daughter came 15 months later. She's 5 now, started school this week.

She just turned 5 and I thought 4 was too young for pre-k. What a difference a few months makes! One of our neighbors is a teacher and when she noticed how smart she was she urged me to put her in her class. My daughter loves it! I have to confess I think I was afraid I'd miss her too much.
