He seems drugged to me.

1. His testimony brought tears to my eyes. It is sad to hear how distraught Anna was about her son's

death. I have lost a son and knew how she felt.

Howard does not looked drugged to me. He looked very emotional a couple of times, but not drugged.

Its pretty obvious Anna Nicole Smith marched to the beat of her drum and NO ONE was going to interfere with whatever she wanted to do. I just think he really couldn't control her so he went along with whatever she wanted.

12. It's not so much the fighting for it that makes me want to slap

her. It's being on every single show that dangles a microphone in front of her to tell the same sob story. It just makes her look like a big old attention whore and money grubber. It's ghoulish the way she is feeding off the stardom of her daughter rather than being a true grieving mother. I think she is only after the money. I saw something about one of the tabloids paid Vergie for an exclusive of pictures laying on Daniel's grave. What kind of loving person takes money for laying on the grave of your grandson let alone her estranged daughter's child? It's morbid and greedy and it shows me who she is. There was a reason Anna didn't have anything to do with her mother. I have to respect that decision because Anna was the adult in the situation and only she knows her reasons, and you have to weigh them heavily.

I have to say, I didn't pay all that much attention to Anna Nicole Smith before this whole thing started. I would stop on her show on my up the channels, but I always felt sorry for her and it made me too uncomfortable to watch the whole thing. Now, I feel the same for her but it's magnified. The poor woman is dead, and she still can't get any peace.

not saying that hks isn't a weasel, i just think there are a lot more players in this show than just ans & hks... that vid was leaked for specific purposes
