Dumb Question, but how do you load fonts from a website to hard drive

if it's *.ttf, just download directly to C:\Windows\fonts (right-click, "save as", select fonts folder in the Windows directory); if it's zipped, extract to C:\Windows\fonts.

You might want to ask the office IT guy to load whichever fonts it is you need, then (you need administrative privileges to modify the contents of the fonts folder).
