Since California Peggy stopped being a mod, no one woke me up this morning.

Come on, mods - California Peggy made sure we all had wake up calls, she put coffee for us, and on many a late night when feeling sad she tucked me in with hot chocolate and song. I also never missed a dental or doctor appointment, I never went outside with smudges of chocolate or milk or food or anything on my face. My mittens were always warmed before I went outside. I always came home to fresh baked cookies, a smiling face, and a hug.

I'm just not seeing that level of service in the new mods.

9. They're all celebrating in the hot tub.

The first week of a new mod term is 'celebration week', top shelf booze, all kinds of delicous canapes, caviar, you get the idea.

Skinner, EarlG and Elad treat their people right.

11. And then, week 2, the hammer falls

and it's all watered down generic apple juice served in a monkey skull and bowls of cold suet eaten outside around a dead firepit.
