That is the city skyline of downtown Los Angeles, with Mount San Antonio behind it!

When there's snow, all the photographers come out and get busy......

We call the mountain Mt. Baldy.......

6. Winter and Spring Together

That was a lucky shot- I happened to have my old Nikon FG with me that day so long ago in Nashville just after a surprise snowfall. I'm rather proud of it.

the city shots are great, clear pics of the city, the mountains look a little hazy but they may never be clear since that is Los Angeles. It does look a little like Denver with snow on the mountains. I knew it wasn't Denver, but prolly wouldn't have recognized it as LA

Thank you. Those are not my pics, just some I found via Google.

I have a couple of nice ones I made into B&W. The downtown in the background with Lake Calhoun in the front came out nice in a few shots. But they aren't posted anyplace reasonably accessable, I don't think.

That building in the middle of your pic (The Library Tower) I think looks a lot like our 225 South Sixth Street building.
