7. It was horrible!

It stuck even on the lowest heat (and I have GOOD pans, dammit...none of that aluminum paper-thin crap x(), it immediately shriveled into little wads when it hit the pan, and it had to be watched like EVERY second lest it incinerate.

20. For future reference:

Lay it out on a rimmed sheet pan or a 13" x 9" sheet pan and put it in the oven at 350ºF until it's almost done. Then pull it out and let it sit on the sheet pan for about 10 minutes.

Rest it on paper towels to finish cooling.

~Never~ take 'tude from bacon.
