Dudes and Dudettes of the Acadamey, I'd like to thank you all for this incredible honour. I owe it all to clean living, of which I've done very little; and to Italian wines, of which of done quite a lot.

I'd like to thank my amazingly wonderful boyfriend for making me laugh and respecting my intelligence even when I felt brute force and ignorance might be the answer. And I'd like to thank my cat, for reminding me that no matter how big my head swells, I'm really just a source of warmth and shrimp treats.
