My Democratic county committee had a fund raiser dinner/dance tonight. I drank some cheap chardonnay. Then we went to our friends house for a birthday celebration. Had a couple glasses of pinot grigio there. Mr Gen doesn't drink...hasn't for years. I am a very moderate, once in a while drinker. I already have a headache working. I will not feel well tomorrow.

I hope you stay. I've had a couple of very pleasant exchanges with you, and I always looked for you in threads. You are very nice.

About being fat. I was always skinny. Now that I'm in my upper 40's I'm putting on the poundage, and I hate it. I made a decision tonight -- I'm joining the local gym and I'm gonna do something about it. I need to loose about 20 pounds and then I think I'll look and feel like my old self. I've been blaming it on winter, but it's me. I have to change it.
