Talk about timing!

Oh, by the way, it was as close to a perfect wedding as I ever seen, I'm still recovering from it, the shoes that came with the tux were killing me.

The wedding was rather traditional, I was a Groomsman, traditional tux, etc. however, my now Brother-in-Law had to be different, so he wore a white tux jacket, with black pants, and black and white shoes, in addition to a black fedora with white ribbon on it, and a black and white walking stick. I told him he was missing the Tommy Gun, he looked like a gangster. :)

My sister had a beautiful dress with a long assed train, I'm still trying to figure out how she was able to walk in that thing. The night before, when we had the rehearsal and then dinner afterwards, they gave me the best gift for being a groomsman, they gave gifts too all of us who were in the wedding, and mine was a GOLD plated computer mouse, with my initials engraved on it. Yeah, I finally reached nirvana in geekdom! :)

The only thing I was think of, up till the wedding itself was, don't trip when going down the aisle, and I didn't! :)

The only thing is that I don't have pictures yet, one of my cousins filmed it, he works for some TV shows professionally, and did the filming. We hired a professional photographer for the photos, but we haven't received them yet. The only photo I have, right now, is one of her being fitted for her wedding dress, its a big photo(1.3MB), so I'll link to the directory on my webspace, you can click on it too view it, obvious filename:

Oh, by the way, I'm broke, but it was worth it! :)

The dress is gorgeous.

Can't wait to see more photos. I love weddings (when they're not mine!)

4. My sister was trippin' after the wedding...
During the reception, she came up to me and asked if the wedding was OK, she said the only one she was paying attention to was her now husband, when walking down the aisle. I told her it couldn't have been better.

By the way, she said she was crying while putting on her makeup and couldn't stop, us guys were "locked" in another room, playing hangman on a white board, of all things.

It still seems a little unreal to me, they've been together for 7 years, lived to together for 5 years, and were engaged for 4 of them so this wedding was LONG anticipated. :)

5. The couple's wedding gift, of course...
A toaster, what do you think? ;)

OK, I'm just kidding about the toaster, but they will love the gift, when I get it, yeah, I'm lame, didn't buy it yet, but its hard to get something that is not obvious, plus I'm still saving my money for it. I'm "in-between" paychecks, so to speak, and my sister already said that me being in the wedding was gift enough, but I NEED to get them something. You know what I mean?

The reception was a little fuzzy to me, if you get my meaning. :)

8. I've never seen her smile so much since the day her husband proposed to her...
That was on Christmas morning, 4 years ago, in front of my parents and me, we knew about it before she did, obviously, and it was hard to not spill the beans beforehand, but, oh Gods, she went completely ballistic, and we caught it on tape too! :)
