6. Matt Bivens used to do a column at
www.thenation.com called "The Daily Outrage". But he quit shortly after the 2004 election. You could be outraged that his column is gone. Or you could be outraged at today's howler. http://www.dailyhowler.com/

9. you mean today's Howler
or every day's howler?

I just read today's. I kinda stopped reading after the election. Being on DU so much, I did not have as much time. I read it off and on late last year, but not daily, like I did before the election.

Funny thing is, after reading today's Howler and Cohen's column, I did not see that much wrong with Cohen. Somerby will probably parse him good though, starting with the "it was Gore who was universally seen as the flawed man, uncomfortable in his own skin and, therefore, in this TV age, incapable of uniting the nation."

Universally seen? No, almost universally derided by millionaire pundits and script creating shills. Possibly he will detail Cohen's part in the Press's 'war on Gore', or how Cohen 'hid under his desk' in the face of it.

10. if you can't remember, then it could possibly be due to
a lack of inner peace. Inner peace. Out Rage.

Find the center and think about it.

12. but I'd need a really sharp knife to reach the center
can I seek the just-slightyly-in-front-of-center instead? Will that work?

I need a poetry fix.

15. Rage
is seeking something
or someone
outside
of a place that
remains hidden
a cage
yes
anger
speaks for all of us at times
from inside
when we feel
we are trapped
in danger
seek peace
find solace
sometimes in solitude
be amazed
rage has no lingering
emotions to carry it beyond
yesterday
say
yes
say yes.
