Are you one of those folks that always stays up too late?
I am!

It's not that I have insomnia - I simply like staying up late.

My mind feels most creative late at night. As if when the world slows down, my mind speeds up.

Get up for work 6:30ish...

4-5 hours of sleep a night.

Either I'm chronically sleep deprived :boring: or really dig staying awake. :bounce:

And you?

12:37 a.m.

1. All my life
I'm a hard-core confirmed night-owl. I'll never change; it's my nature. My wife understands and doesn't care as long as I'm up at a reasonable hour...most of the ime:)

Sleep causes cancer...everyone knows that!

Actually I have these long manic periods where I sleep about two hours a day over the course of a couple weeks.I'm waiting for the big crash to come so I can get some decent sleep.

That, and I always feel that the minute I fall asleep the Funmobile will show up. :)

3. Yes! It's 1am and I'm still up.
Actually, I did accidentally fall asleep for 2 hours between 8 and 10, so I might not be that sleep-deprived tomorrow. However, I will be going back to bed in the next 10 minutes or so.

17. That's about average for me on a weeknight, though.
I usually set my alarm for around 6:30! On weekends, I'm usually up until about 4 or 5am!

8. My mother complained that when I was a baby
I wanted to sleep all day and be awake all night.

The only thing that's changed is that I sleep less.

11. Yes- like Seinfeld's "Night Guy"...

JERRY: I never get enough sleep. I stay up late at night, cause I'm Night Guy. Night Guy wants to stay up late. 'What about getting up after five hours sleep?', oh that's Morning Guy's problem. That's not my problem, I'm Night Guy. I stay up as late as I want. So you get up in the morning, you're ..... (?), you're exhausted, groggy, oooh I hate that Night Guy! See, Night Guy always screws Morning Guy. There's nothing Morning Guy can do. The only thing Morning Guy can do is try and oversleep often enough so that Day Guy loses his job and Night Guy has no money to go out anymore.

and again at 1-2am for several hours.

16. Yep.
I'm a night owl by nature, so I can't go to sleep for the night until midnight at the earliest. Usually it's closer to 2. Since I have to get up at 6:45 every morning, I'm usually pretty out of it until about 9.

If I'm lucky, I may have time to grab a nap two or three times a week (still a college student, thank god), but the better part of my weekend mornings are spent sleeping. :)

20. me too
Ever since I was a kid. The whole family would go to bed, and I'd stay up late watching old movies on TV. Now I'm on the internet, but it's the same otherwise. I like the quiet.

21. Yes - but only because my classes get out at 9 pm.
That, plus the 15 minutes home, means that by the time I'm really unwinding, it's already 11:00 or thereabouts.
