Confess people, what are your favorite fast food chains/ menu items
I love Krystals. I only eat four at a time, but I love those nasty little critters.
I eat Taco Hell (taco bell) bean burritos weekly and Chick- Fil-A almost every week.

It's not a chain, but I love Chinese take out. Favorite item: Kung Pao Chicken.

1. not fast food
but when I go out, it's either for pho or for sushi.

(from time to time I get a whopper jr., and I like subway's sandwiches with banana peppers on them--not many places offer banana peppers)

did you ever get a chance to try Dixie Burger on Rte. 4? It's gone now, but it was super old, and had Whitey-style burgers that were actually good (I can't stand WC). I've wondered if they pre-date WC actually, but I don't know.

Ketchup chips rock!! It's funny how what we think of as quite normal can see a bit "different" or "exotic" elsewhere. Ketchup chips...and fries and gravy. I was amazed at how unusual the latter sounded to people in the US. :hi:

58. Whoppers, etc.
Down the line:

* Subway: footlong turkey on wheat with all the veggies and honey mustard. No damn cheese. As always, my top priority on everything is no hideous cheese.

* Wendy's: large chocolate Frosty. Otherwise I can't eat there because they put cheese on everything no matter what language I use to prevent it

* Arby's: Super Roast Beef sandwich. Make it two. Plenty of curly fries also

* Tommy's: Two double burgers with chili. They come with chili unless you're dumb enough to ask for it without chili, ruining the experience and preventing the weeklong aftertaste

* Carl's Jr: Super Stars and a large shake. Curly fries

* Jack in the Box: Believe it or not I prefer the basic 99 cent chicken sandwiches. Three of them. No mayo but plus ketchup

* McDonald's: Nothing. I used to like the McChicken so of course this dumbass chain got rid of it. Still available in some areas on the dollar menu in mini version, but naturally here in Las Vegas it's a spicy version which sucks.

I'm one of those freaks who likes the mushy fries better than the crunchy ones from McDonald's. Bacon cheeseburger or spicy chicken sammitch, and I'm good. I've gone off it cold turkey, though. Haven't had any Wendy's in about a month.

Oh--and Dunkin Donuts' bran raisin muffin. Probably 6,000 calories, but so soft and fluffy...mmm...

62. Staying away from most fast foods (except healthier ones like El Pollo Loco) these days, but
I used to have a really bad fast food habit on the way home from work. At Carl's Jr., it was 2 Big Burgers plain with ketchup only, and 2 chocolate chip cookies! Sometimes, I would substitute their Oreo shake for the cookies, and add some crisscut fries. Then there was Jack in the Box and their gigantic Oreo shake! I would sometimes grab some curly fries along with that as well. It's easy to see why I came so close to re-joining the "300 club" last year! Luckily, I stopped eating the fast food back in November and I've lost 30 pounds since then!

I haven't been back to Dallas in nearly 2 years, since my mother passed away, but when I was there visiting her we used to go to Dickey's. It was right near her house. Sign on the wall said "God Bless Texas." Once I was in there and saw a T shirt that read "Trust everbody but brand your cattle."

Frosty+fries

If the question was non-chain, it'd be Daly Burger just down the street. 'fast' is 20 mins, they have the absolute BEST EVER home made fries that make my knees weak, and a chicken burger to die for. A whole chicken breast, breaded in luscious spices, and the whole thing is actually crispy crunchy and NEVER soggy.
