4. I did not know that about Marvin Hamlisch.
All I know about him is that he invented some kind of technique (or "maneuver", if you prefer) to dislodge food from someone's esophagus.

16. Without looking it up, I don't think that was recorded in the 60's.
I'm guessing early/mid 70's.

Coincidentally, I watched that vid two nights ago for the first time. Loved it.
