When you buy a bag of rice, is it supposed to come with worms the same color AND size as the rice?

1. My father in law's first job as a chemist
was counting and reporting the number of insect parts per ounce of creamed corn for Del Monte.

There is an FDA limit on these, you know, and it's not zero.

7. This is why I quit rice
The first time I chalked it up to an unusual experience.
The second time it happened, I gave up on rice.
What I had were black worms or insects.
