I don't have any friends

I mean, DU friends. I've been here a long time, but I've never added anyone to my friend list. And you know why?--I think I'm worried what it'll do. If I list someone as my friend, will they get something from the Admin saying "KCdem has invited you to be her friend"? What if they reject me? Yikes, I don't think I could handle that.

Anyways, I'm just wondering... what's the point? Are those people's posts highlighted or something? Am I missing out? :shrug:
