Lynyrd Skynyrd's "One more for/from the road" was one of the greatest live recordings ever. I know it was recorded at the Fox, but not sure what year.

10. A couple of surgeries.

A fair amount of last year, some of it spent on DU, under sedation. &/or the influence of alcohol.

11. I woke up in the middle of my surgery

This was exactly one week ago. I was having some outpatient surgery with a general anesthesia. The surgeon told me I woke up in the middle of it but I don't remember. (Thank God)

I do not want to know (the period from 18 to 23 when I drank very heavily). What I remember is bad enough.
