fried in a little peanut oil and butter, sprinkled with cinnamon. Heavenly!

2. how're you doing?
my favorite dinner while I lived in LA was at a place called 'Mexica' where they'd serve grilled mahi mahi with black beans, rice and a side of fried plantains. With a good cold beer, it was pure heaven. Sigh.

4. Doing OK. I worked for SIX HOURS today. Been a LONG time since I've been able to do that.

That sounds kind of like REAL Mexican food, right there. Good dinner.
