I did something today that I have never done before.

[Guava Jelly]

I made a Steak that didn't turn into leather.
And it was actually good and didn't require any steak sauce.
(ok so it was a Filet Mignon) But still.
I can cook anything under the sun but when it comes to steaks i suck big time!!
In truth i am not a big steak eater to begin with..
I'd rather have Seafood anyday over beef.

Hey, it's hard to go wrong with a filet mignon especially if you like 'em rare! I could never eat any steak without steak sauce -- or preferably -- worcester sauce to douse it with on my plate.

For some reason I'm tired of not eating meat lately . . . . I don't know if I remember how to cook it!
